We
have two thousand and five hundred-tons hydraulic press and
fifteen-tons operation machine, moreover, with various kinds of
supporting heat-treatment facilities such as heating furrnace, annealing
furnace, sawing machine, etc.. We mainly produce all kinds of open
forging with weight below ten tons.
Our product line adopt standard with ASME, DIN, GB, EN etc.. The material contain various kinds of high quality carbon steel, alloy steel, tool steel, bearing steel, etc..
The
open forging mainly contain shaft series, such as the main shaft,
transmission shaft, gear shaft, marine shaft, motor shaft, Flange Shaft，support
roll, working roll, transfer roll, various columns of hydraulic press,
meanwhile,we produce various kinds of ring, bread and hot forging
module.
We adopt the advance production process that contains
"high-power
electric furnace+ladle furnace(LF)+vacuum degassing(VD)+electroslag
remelting+fast forging+annealing( normalizing)+heat-treatment+machining"。
